This is the 5th Joint Workshop of A3 Foresight Program funded by NSFC (China), JSPS (Japan) and NRF (Korea). The A3 Foresight Program and this conference is to foster collaborations among mathematicians in China, Japan, and Korea on Mathematics of Fluid Dynamics and Material Sciences. The previous conferences were held at Jeju, Xiamen, Sendai, Qingdao.
